Before entering
A novel does not need to be explained before being read. However, some of its images may open questions that accompany the reader along the way.
This notebook brings together texts about the creative process and the concerns they go through. The World I Inhabit: When Words Are Not Needed: the difference between possessing and inhabiting, the memory of the body, the limits of interpretation and what allows a life to be reconstructed after its world has been destroyed. This text belongs to the literary notebook of the novel. His reflections on living, memory, silence and territory help to read the work, but do not function as an anthropological description of the indigenous peoples of Patagonia.
These pages do not establish the definitive meaning of the novel. They present the author's perspective and some reading possibilities. Each reader may find different relationships or reach conclusions that these texts do not contain.
